STEP 1: Design

A design deposit secures your spot in line and covers the creation of your custom digitized file.
This deposit is non-refundable once the design process begins, but guarantees your design is fully tailored to your style and needs.

Design Deposit Options:

• Basic: $45+
  (Simple text or minimal graphics)
• Standard: $75+
  (Moderate detail, logos, layered designs)
• Premium: $125+
  (Highly detailed, large, or complex artwork)
  

Embroidery Size & Placement Limits (Hats)

• Maximum Height: 3 inches
• Maximum Width: 4 inches
• Embroidery is available on the front, back, and sides of hats
• Bill embroidery is not available

Pricing varies based on size, stitch count, placement, and design complexity.

STEP 2: Submit Your Design

During your call or in the inquiry form, please include:

• Intended embroidery size
• Design ideas or artwork file
• Placement on the hat (front, back, or sides)
• Type of hat you would like, or indicate if you’ll be providing one

STEP 3: Digitizing & Approval

Your design is professionally manually digitized and prepared for embroidery. You’ll receive confirmation once the file is complete.

Moving forward with embroidery production, a separate quote will be provided based on:

• Hat blanks
• Thread count
• Materials
• Quantity

Timeline

• Digitizing: 2–4 weeks
• Embroidery Production: 2-4 weeks
