STEP 1: Design

Call or text us at (559) 733-4004 to discuss your project and ensure we’re the right fit for your needs and timeline.

A design deposit secures your spot in line and covers the creation of your custom digitized file.
This deposit is non-refundable once the design process begins, but guarantees your patch is fully tailored to your style and needs.

Design Deposit Options:

• Standard: $45+
  (Simple text or minimal graphics)
• Premium: $75+
  (Moderate detail, logos, layered designs)

Patch Size Limits

• Maximum Height: 3 inches
• Maximum Width: 4 inches

Pricing varies based on size, stitch count, and design complexity.

STEP 2: Submit Your Design

During your call or in the inquiry form, please include:

• Intended patch size
• Design ideas or artwork file
• Placement on the beanie (front, side, cuff, etc.)
• Type of blank you would like, or indicate if you’ll be providing one

STEP 3: Digitizing & Approval

Your design is professionally manually digitized and prepared for embroidery. You’ll receive confirmation once the file is complete.

Moving forward with embroidery production, a separate quote will be provided based on:

• Patch blanks
• Thread count
• Materials
• Quantity

Timeline

• Digitizing: 2–4 weeks
• Embroidery Production: Quoted separately
