STEP 1: Design

A design deposit secures your spot in line and covers the creation of your custom digitized file. This deposit is non-refundable once the design process begins, but guarantees your patch is fully tailored to your style and needs.

Design Deposit Options:

• Basic: $25+
  (Simple text or minimal graphics)
• Standard: $50+
  (Moderate detail, logos, layered designs)
• Premium: $75+
  (Highly detailed, large, or complex artwork)

Patch Size Limits

• Maximum Height: 10 inches
• Maximum Width: 10 inches

Pricing varies based on size, stitch count, and design complexity.

STEP 2: Submit Your Design

During your call or in the inquiry form, please include:

• Intended patch size
• Design ideas or artwork file
• Placement (hoodie, sweatshirt, jacket, etc.)
• and what type of blank you would like, or will be providing.

A digitizing fee secures your spot in line and covers the full digitizing process.
All digitizing fees are non-refundable once work begins.

STEP 3: Digitizing & Approval

Your design is professionally manually digitized and prepared for embroidery. You’ll receive confirmation once the file is complete.

If you move forward with embroidery production, a separate quote will be provided based on:

• Patch blanks
• Thread count
• Materials
• Quantity

Timeline

• Digitizing: 2–4 weeks
• Embroidery Production: Quoted separately
