Each design is manually digitized to ensure clean stitching, proper density, and a professional embroidered result.

STEP 1: Design
call or text us at (559)733-4004 to ensure we are a right fit for your needs and timeline. Then a design deposit secures your spot in line and covers the creation of your custom design. This deposit is non-refundable once the design process begins, but it guarantees your patch is fully tailored to your style and needs.

Design Deposit Options:

• Basic: $45+
  (Simple text or minimal graphics)
• Standard: $75+
  (Moderate detail, logos, layered designs)
• Premium: $125+
  (Highly detailed, large, or complex artwork)
  

This price does NOT include:

• Embroidery production
• Patch blanks
• Thread, backing, or finishing
• Stitching or sewing

Those costs vary by size, thread count, materials, and quantity and will be quoted separately after digitizing.

Patch Size Limits

• Maximum Height: 10 inches
• Maximum Width: 10 inches

Pricing varies based on size, stitch count, and design complexity.

STEP 2: Submit Your Design

during the call and in the inquiry form please explain what you are looking for.

• Intended patch size
• Design ideas or file
• Placement (hat, jacket, back patch, etc.)

A digitizing fee secures your spot in line and covers the full digitizing process.
All digitizing fees are non-refundable once work begins.

STEP 3: Digitizing & Approval

Your design is professionally manually digitized and prepared for embroidery.
You’ll receive confirmation once the file is complete.

Moving forward with embroidery production, a separate quote will be provided based on:

• Patch blanks
• Thread count
• Materials
• Quantity

Timeline

• Digitizing: 2-4 weeks
• Embroidery Production (if requested): Quoted separately
