How It Works

STEP 1: Contact & Design

Call or text us at (559) 733-4004 to discuss your engraving idea, your timeline, and confirm we’re the right fit.

• Provide your engraving text or design idea ( we can custom design for you if needed, that's all included in price)
• Confirm the type of shoes or boots
• We’ll review and approve the feasibility of your design

A Design deposit secures your spot in line and covers the engraving process.
All engraving fees are non-refundable once work begins.

• Heel/Heel Counter: $45+
  (Simple text or minimal graphics)
• Vamp: $60+
  (Moderate detail, logos, layered designs)
• Waist Of Sole: $75+
  (Highly detailed, large, or complex artwork)

STEP 2: Ship Your Shoes or Boots

• Send your shoes or boots to our shop following our standard shipping instructions.
• Include a note with your name, phone number, and return address so we can contact you if needed.
• All shipping costs to and from our shop are the responsibility of the customer.

STEP 3: Engraving & Return

• We carefully engrave your design on the heels of your shoes or boots.
• Once complete, your shoes or boots are packaged and shipped back to you.
• You’ll receive confirmation and images of your finished product before shipment.

Timeline

• Engraving: 1–2 weeks after receipt of shoes/boots
• Shipping: Depends on carrier, not included in turnaround time

Important Notes

• This service is for custom engraving only.
• Shoes/boots must be shipped to us; we do not provide shoes or boots.
• This makes a perfect gift for weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, Father’s Day, or just to show someone you care.
• Engraving fees are non-refundable due to the custom nature of the work.
